Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For searing

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder Enhances flavor
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds a subtle smoky taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Freshly ground

Topping

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Creamy and tangy
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley Finely chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare all ingredients.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spices evenly on both sides.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the seared chicken to a baking tray. Spoon ranch dressing evenly over each piece, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes. Serve with steamed vegetables, a fresh salad, or roasted potatoes.
